Up to £80k [DoE] We’re representing an innovative retailer seeking an experienced, hands-on Head of Marketing to lead their team across B2B and B2C markets. You’ll have full ownership of the marketing strategy, managing both online and in-store initiatives, including digital campaigns, online branding, and in-store POS activations. Duties:
Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals, leading the team to deliver campaigns across digital, social, and in-store platforms. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal spend and ROI, while promoting the business' own brands and ensuring their market positioning. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution, monitor performance, and make data-driven improvements. Design multi-channel campaigns to enhance customer engagement and brand recognition, track market trends and customer behaviour, and manage in-store signage, POS displays, and digital screens. Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior marketing role with strong leadership skills, particularly in mentoring and developing teams. Solid track record in creating and executing marketing strategies that deliver measurable results. Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and multi-channel campaigns is essential, along with strong analytical skills to measure and improve campaign performance. Experience in managing marketing budgets to maximize impact and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams is also required.
