About Our Client Renowned Children's Charity. Job Description You will work with the Head of Fundraising to develop aspiring strategies to increase income. You will direct and oversee the strategies, which include influencing the plans and activities of various sources of funding. Monitoring, controlling, and projecting financial performance will be your responsibility in order to ensure that contingency measures are in place as needed for the team's annual budget. You will lead on efficient acquisition strategies across third-party events including owned events and schools fundraising, to ensure all supporters align with the organization's supporting retention. You will manage agency relationships and suppliers of the organization to ensure successful delivery of income growth. In the Supporter Centricity framework, you will promote lead sharing across fundraising to allow supporters to follow the supporter journey efficiently. You will collaborate with other teams including children's services, technology, and communications to ensure efficiency through customer messaging. You will encourage an innovative culture within the team to ensure increased income through changes in pre-existing products or new product development. The Successful Applicant Experience in leading a team in delivering successful income growth from event participation, product promotions, or schools fundraising. You are experienced in strategic planning and development to support growth. Budgetary experience and financial planning. Stakeholder management both internal and external.
