The successful candidate will be expected to lead, develop and support staff and pupils. We are looking for someone who can inspire innovative, dynamic, and reflective teaching practices from the team. They will be an excellent communicator - able to effectively motivate, challenge, and inspire individual staff commitment while identifying strengths and areas of opportunity for growth.
This is a whole school position which will require the person to work with staff and pupils from Early Years to Year Eight. Experience with both primary and secondary age groups would be an advantage.
