Monitor and track student progress in Maths, implementing effective interventions as necessary. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative approaches to Maths teaching. Mentor and coach Maths teachers, promoting their professional growth and development. Contribute to the school's Maths program and extracurricular activities. Maintain accurate records of student assessments, attendance, and behavior. Qualifications
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Specialization in Mathematics or a related field. Postgraduate degree in Mathematics or Mathematics Education (preferred). Extensive experience in teaching Mathematics, preferably in a leadership role. In-depth knowledge of the Mathematics curriculum. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
