Lead and manage the Maths department, ensuring the delivery of an engaging and effective Maths curriculum Provide guidance and support to Maths teachers, fostering a collaborative and positive teaching culture Monitor and assess student progress in Maths, implementing interventions when necessary Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies Mentor and support Maths teachers in their professional development Contribute to the school's Maths program and extracurricular activities Maintain accurate records of student assessment, attendance, and behavior Qualifications
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Specialization in Mathematics or a related field Postgraduate degree in Mathematics or Mathematics Education (preferred) Extensive experience in teaching Mathematics, preferably in a leadership role Deep knowledge of the Mathematics curriculum Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities Commitment to continuous professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest trends in Mathematics education Company Information
