The Client They are a multi-disciplinary contractor with approximately 100 employees. The business is made up of FM & Small Works, M&E and a Projects delivery teams. Projects, fit out and refurbishment make up approximately 50% of company revenue with the remainder generated from FM & Small works and stand-alone Electrical and Mechanical works. The Role My client is looking for a Head of Mechanical on a permanent basis to accelerate and contribute to the company’s growth plans. The ideal candidate will have a HVAC background and strong client contacts in this field to help unlock new business development opportunities.
