The role: Heritage High School is looking for an inspirational Head of MFL to join their team. This role is perfect for an individual committed to students’ learning and ensuring they each achieve their full potential by consistently delivering engaging lessons. As the Head of MFL, you will be instrumental in developing the vision for the faculty. The successful candidate will join a team of effective, hardworking professionals committed to providing an outstanding education for all students. The person: The successful candidate will be an experienced dynamic classroom practitioner with a clear sense of purpose and high expectations. You will take the lead in all aspects of learning and teaching in this curriculum area, ensuring that students’ needs for all abilities are met and achievement and progress are positive. The person appointed will have a clear vision of what outstanding provision is and be able to inspire and enthuse others.
