Key Details: * Position: Head of Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) * Location: Witham * Start Date: April 2025 * Role Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday) * Pay Scale: Fringe Teachers Pay Scale About the Role: As Head of MFL, you will: * Lead and manage the Modern Foreign Languages department across KS3 and KS4. * Develop and implement engaging and effective teaching strategies to promote student success in languages. * Provide strong leadership, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment. * Communicate and liaise effectively with other members of staff to ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning. * Play a vital role in shaping the vision and direction of the department, inspiring both staff and students.
