A specialist Insurance firm is looking to hire a Head of MI & Data Analytics to manage and lead the central analytics team. You will coordinate all day-to-day data flows & MI and their associated systems, leading process automation and ad hoc system & data projects.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

You will have significant experience of Lloyds data & reporting, & wider KPI and performance reporting. Have experience of managing a Data Warehouse and underlying systems (UW, RI, Delegated etc), including the Data Governance framework. Have strong knowledge of the Actuarial and Finance reporting processes. Have strong team management skills. Excellent communication & presentation skills to a broad range of stakeholders. Have ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment, quickly identifying and solving problems.
