Develop and grow a robust sales pipeline through leads, cold calls, client meetings, and relationship management. Build strong networks across schools, trusts, contractors, and architects, understanding their buying processes. Identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market trends. Build and nurture long-lasting client relationships. Manage and inspire the Business Development Managers (BDMs) to convert opportunities into results. Convert quotes to sales with a target ratio of 1:3. Use our market-leading CRM to track, manage, and report all sales activity. What We’re Looking For
A skilled relationship-builder with exceptional gravitas as a sales leader. Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team. Enthusiastic, persuasive, and results-driven with the ability to close deals effectively. A natural networker, comfortable using platforms like LinkedIn, video calls, and attending conferences to open doors. Integrity-driven with a strong alignment to Glendale’s core values.
