Head of New Product Development
Salary:
£Negotiable based on experience

Lancing – Hybrid after probation
Hours:
8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday

We are looking for an experienced Head of New Product Development to join a fun and innovative company in the West Sussex area. Working with big names you’ll need NPD experience and experience heading up a team, ideally having worked in the gift, FMCG or Retail sectors.
As the Head of New Product Development you will:
Manage and develop the Product Development team in the UK and Hong Kong offices
Analyse all products and review best and worst sellers
Build ranges of market leading products, both licensed and non-licensed, for the target market in the USA, EU and UK
Hold overall responsibility for the briefing of packaging and copy for all products and for the creation and maintenance of the critical path for all items
Achieve margin targets across all products and ranges
Travel overseas to trade shows and supplier factories as needed
Skills & experience required:
Previous experience in New Product Development at a senior level
Experience within Gift, FMCG or Retail sectors
Ideally educated to degree level in related subject such as Product Design
