x15 reporting into the Head of O&M Key Responsibilities:
Leadership of O&M Unit UK incl. management of several Team Leads and coordination of supporting functions Further development, realisation and tracking of strategical operational and financial targets for O&M business in UK Develop, implement and track KPI for operational and financial excellence Strategical Interface to Finance Department Strong cooperation and strategical Interface to Central O&M on Processes, Organisation, IT and Finance Requirements:
Proven experience in management of solar energy market businesses, including a successful track record in dealing with clients and candidates Empathic but strong leadership competencies to lead managers and supporting functions Strong knowledge of solar PV technology and O&M practices Financial awareness and budget management skills Familiarity with contract management and regulatory compliance Ability to travel to the Milton Keynes office 2 days a week minimum How to Apply:
