Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency. Develop and implement operational strategies. Manage budgets and optimize costs. Lead and mentor the operations team. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in operations management within the food manufacturing sector. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Experience with sustainability practices in operations.
