Working with a growing and expanding Container Logistics business, I am recruiting for a Head of Operations to lead and motivate the site and staff.
Managing a team of drivers, some office staff, and transport planners, you will be an experienced leader with a track record of managing P&L and budgets, managing a fleet, and growing an operation.
Due to the necessity of experience planning a fleet of container vehicles, you must hold a Management CPC to enable you to run the O'License.
This is a great opportunity to make the role your own and take charge of a valuable site.
Previous history as a Head of Operations, Site Manager, General Manager, or Depot Manager is crucial.
Salary negotiable depending on experience, around 60-70k.
