Head of Operations | Private Dentistry London Are you an experienced Operational Manager or Head of Operations looking for a new opportunity across the healthcare industry? Perhaps you have a strong track record of scaling business within a private healthcare/consumer health setting and are looking to expand your skillset into a new sector? Compass Associates have partnered with one of the UK’s largest, leading providers of private dentistry. With ever strengthening relationships with both the private sector and National Health Service, this is an exciting opportunity to join a successful organisation and continue on their venture of growth and scale. The successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight of their UK Private business unit across London & the South East including their specialist clinics. Additionally, you will lead a team of Operations Managers to enable our practices to deliver the best level of care. You will also develop and implement operational strategies, engage with key regional stakeholders, identify opportunities for business growth through efficient operations and new partnerships, and manage budgets & expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness and financial accountability. To be considered for this opportunity, you will demonstrate the following: Previous experience of managing teams across multiple sites in a customer-facing industry (Consumer Health/Private Healthcare/Retail) Strong commercial acumen Strong operational focus This role provides hybrid-working, with 2 days required on site across London/Southeast. In return, we are offering a competitive salary of circa £70,000 - £80,000 per annum plus up to 25% bonus, depending on experience and a hybrid working pattern.
