Stopgap Dance Company are excited to announce we are seeking a Head of Operations!
Working closely with the Executive Producer, Co-Artistic Directors and Administrator, this key leadership position plays a vital role in realising Stopgap’s 10 year vision, shaping the future of the company, and ensuring our mission of an inclusive world continues to thrive.
The Head of Operations will strategically plan and manage the company’s daily operations, whilst promoting a culture of inclusion within the organisation that empowers individuals to fulfill their potential.
We are looking for someone who has a care-centred approach and is a reliable finisher, with an exceptional attention to detail, and a strong foundation in inclusive thinking.
Key areas of responsibility include:
Finance
Administration
People/HR
Governance
Salary: £38,000 (dependent on experience) plus pension contribution
Full Time: 37.5 hours a week
