Splitting your time between our Harrogate HQ and Elland manufacturing facility, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring products are delivered on time, every time.
What you’ll do: • Drive operational excellence across our international business • Lead and empower a talented team to achieve their best • Use data and insights to improve processes and exceed targets • Manage budgets, capacity, and resources to support sustainable growth • Build a culture of continuous improvement and high performance What We’re Looking For We need someone with the vision and energy to make things happen.
