Head of Operations

to join our client's journey. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone passionate about

building efficient systems, leading teams, and enabling growth . You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency, working closely with the founder to scale their processes, support our delivery teams, and drive forward the agency's vision. This role is ideal for someone with

extensive operational experience

in the SEO and Digital PR space who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is eager to help shape the future of a growing agency.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership

Take ownership of the agency's operational processes, ensuring seamless day-to-day delivery. Lead and support SEO and Digital PR managers, fostering collaboration and accountability within the teams. Build and refine workflows to optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency. Driving Growth and Strategic Leadership

Partner with the founder to translate business objectives into actionable operational strategies. Streamline and enhance client onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to delivery. Oversee recruitment strategies to scale the team effectively, including the onboarding of freelancers and full-time hires. Team Development and Support

Provide mentorship and guidance to team leads, ensuring alignment with the agency's vision and goals. Drive a results-oriented culture, empowering the team to deliver exceptional campaigns for clients. Data-Driven Decision Making

Analyze performance metrics to identify operational improvements and support data-led decision-making. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the agency achieves its growth targets. Requirements:

Proven Expertise in SEO and Digital PR:

Advanced knowledge of SEO and Digital PR strategies, with the ability to support delivery teams and optimize campaign success. Industry Experience:

A minimum of

10 years in an agency environment , including

5+ years in operational roles. Leadership Experience:

Strong track record of leading teams and managing resources. Strategic Vision:

Experience in designing and executing operational strategies that drive agency growth. Process Improvement Skills:

Demonstrated ability to streamline workflows and build scalable systems. Data-Driven Approach:

Comfortable using data to inform decisions and improve performance. Excellent Communication:

Confident communicator with the ability to inspire teams and represent the agency effectively. Benefits:

Competitive Salary:

Offering £50,000 - £55,000, depending on experience. Hybrid Working:
