Head of Operations - Passive Fire Surveying
Location: London / South East Salary: £Highly Competitive Salary & Benefits Package My client is a leading contractor operating within the passive fire protection market, delivering fire door installation projects ranging from £1k to £2m within Commercial, Student Accommodation, Hotels & Leisure, Social Housing, Healthcare, Education and Facilities Management. Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a Head of Operations to drive a consultancy division focusing on passive fire surveying and remedials. Through the leadership of the Operational, Commercial and Administrative teams, you will drive the team to achieve the divisional goals. We are seeking a strong, highly experienced operational leader who has led operational/commercial roles from initial positioning, pricing, contracts, project setup, monthly monitoring and control, problem-solving, as well as hands-on experience of operational corrective actions. You will also have management, leadership, line management and operational experience and be able to have a senior operations role within the team, ensuring that operations are happening, projects are delivered well, and people are looked after, with improvements put in place where necessary. Head of Operations Experience:
Experience in passive fire protection, both compartmentation and fire doors Technical document review & Surveying Planning and scheduling works of others for delivery Customer/client liaison Monitoring and maintaining productivity, health and safety, and quality standards Profitable Project Delivery Professional membership of relevant institute Quantity Surveying / Construction management or similar to degree standard ASFP level 3 ILM Level 5 or equivalent This is a permanent, full-time role for which you will receive a highly competitive salary along with the long-term opportunity for career progression.
