Manage resources effectively to meet the needs of the department. Engage with stakeholders and partners to ensure a seamless service delivery. Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape. The Successful Applicant A successful Head of Operations should have: A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial / manufacturing industry. Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
