Multitask Personnel are working alongside our award-winning energy provider who are looking to expand their team! An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Operations for the East of England. The ideal candidate will havesolid experience managing a senior management team with a total team of 100 plus FTE. As the Head of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strong leadership to a team of managers and a large field installation team
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and implement strategies to drive employee engagement and retention.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives
Collaborate with senior leaders to establish operational goals, budgets, and performance metrics.
Champion a customer-centric approach, focusing on delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
Proactively address any customer concerns or complaints, taking prompt and effective action to resolve issues and ensure complete satisfaction.
Requirements:.
Proven senior leadership and people management skills
Experience managing a large team in excess of 100 FTE (Any industry background considered)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
