Our client, who is based in Sheffield, is at an exciting stage of their growth journey with ambitious plans to quadruple its revenue. As a sub-division of a larger group they can adapt quickly at a local level whilst maintain investment from the wider group. To continue their growth plans it is looking to bring in a Head of Operations / Operations Director to lead the operational functions and help create ongoing business strategies.
Job Description
As the Head of Operations you will:

Oversee daily operations including supply chain, production, engineering, quality, HSE, maintenance and facilities • Implement strategies for process improvement and optimisation • Maintain close working relationships with other department leads such as Design, Projects and Commercial Directors. • Ensure all operations are carried out to the relevant quality and H&S standards • Drive costs and efficiency to help continue business growth The Successful Applicant Successful applicants will have: • Process driven mindset with close attention to detail • Previous experience in a growing manufacturing operation • Ability to manage a diverse team of managers across different disciplines • Strong leadership and good communication skills • Commercial mentality and a passion for business growth What’s on Offer • An attractive salary package in the range of £70,000 – £90,000 plus wider benefits • Be part of a growing business with long-term progression opportunities available
