What the role involves

• We are a charity that truly puts the people we support at the heart of everything we do, and our commitment to excellence is reflected in our Investors in People Gold accreditation.
• Provide decisive and clear leadership to your Area Managers and across the wider organisation.
• Ensure that Bethphage’s services are managed and delivered in accordance with regulatory, legislative, and contractual requirements, as well as our values and vision for future dev.
• Ensure policies and procedures are implemented and adopted across the charity.
• Ensure compliance with Safeguarding policies.
• Ensure absence and performance management is dealt with across the operations team.

Skills and requirements

• Minimum of a Level 5 in Health and Social Care and/or management qualification.
• Demonstrable experience working in the care sector working with people with disabilities.
• Experience of leading and delivering projects.
• A track record of working with local authorities, commissioners and families.
