What the role involves
- We are a charity that truly puts the people we support at the heart of everything we do, and our commitment to excellence is reflected in our Investors in People Gold accreditation.
- Provide decisive and clear leadership to your Area Managers and across the wider organisation.
- Ensure that Bethphage’s services are managed and delivered in accordance with regulatory, legislative, and contractual requirements, as well as our values and vision for future dev.
- Ensure policies and procedures are implemented and adopted across the charity.
- Ensure compliance with Safeguarding policies.
- Ensure absence and performance management is dealt with across the operations team.
Skills and requirements
- Minimum of a Level 5 in Health and Social Care and/or management qualification.
- Demonstrable experience working in the care sector working with people with disabilities.
- Experience of leading and delivering projects.
- A track record of working with local authorities, commissioners and families.
