About the Role: We are seeking an experienced

General Manager

to oversee the daily operations of a dynamic and growing Manufacturing business. This role focuses on aligning processes, fostering a collaborative culture, and driving operational efficiency to meet business objectives. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to implement effective systems and processes, support growth, and deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth management across all departments. Evaluate and implement improved processes, procedures, and systems to optimise efficiency. Build a positive and open team culture with strong communication and collaboration. Coordinate with commercial, engineering, and finance teams to ensure accurate costing, production, and reporting. Manage production schedules, inventory, and change control processes. Conduct root cause analysis to address issues and implement continuous improvement. Drive product improvement and development to meet evolving industry standards. Ensure compliance with EH&S, fire regulations, and HR matters in collaboration with senior leadership. Key Objectives: Achieve operational and financial targets. Deliver quality products on time and on budget. Foster a high-performing, collaborative, and engaged team. Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and aftersales support. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in general or operational management, ideally within a multi-department or group structure. Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on team development and culture. Expertise in process improvement, production management, and financial performance. Familiarity with inventory systems, change control, and cross-functional collaboration. Reporting to:
