The Head of Operations, UK/EMEA owns Tag’s delivery capability in the region. This role is critical in ensuring fit for purpose operating models are in place to service our clients effectively. Partnering with the regional CEO, they are responsible for overseeing all creative delivery and operations in the region, driving operational excellence, strategic project delivery, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the organization's success. Key Accountabilities: Implementation of Business Strategies:

Develop and implement strategies and plans that align with short- and long-term global and regional business objectives. Operational Analysis:

Analyze operations to identify areas for enhancement and drive performance improvement. Leadership of Operational Units:

Lead delivery and operational business units across Creative Production and Channel Activation. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with Managing Directors and client services to build and optimize operations to meet client needs. Drive cross-functional collaboration with HR, Tech, Finance, etc., to facilitate successful delivery. Commercial Functions:

Work with finance teams to support delivering on margin targets as well as building business cases for investment against strategic plans. Relationship Management:

Build and maintain relationships with global counterparts, key clients, partners, and Dentsu stakeholders. Performance Measurement:

Work to design and refine key performance measures and baselines for creative delivery in the region. Provide oversight of business performance against functional performance measures (e.g., utilization, offshoring, tech adoption, efficiency ratios). Job Duties: Champion creativity, production excellence, and technical best practices. Guide and nurture the account, project management, and production teams to deliver content at scale and facilitate great communication with clients. Be an integral part of the new business process from brief to pitch delivery. Work closely with onshore, nearshore, and offshore delivery hubs to ensure service excellence. Implement strategies to improve and standardize all aspects of production operations. Execute modifications to organizational design and teams to optimize operational activity and improve client experience. Partner with functional teams to implement appropriate policies, internal controls, and reporting. Manage staff performance, including establishing development goals, setting business objectives, establishing priorities, and providing ongoing performance feedback. Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality. Investigate and resolve issues escalated by the client, business development teams, and client services teams. Support on the operational strategy and delivery of holding group integration and synergy activities. Share knowledge, best practices, and solution designs within the relevant management teams to ensure continuous business improvement. Bind our future COEs, helping them navigate solving complex production problems and delivering value for our clients through production effectiveness and the latest technology. 10+ years of experience and a proven track record of being a recognized leader and manager of people in a national or global production delivery role. Strategic Solutions:

Demonstrated record in developing strategic solutions that have permanently resolved poor contract performance, operational inefficiencies, or difficult situations. Client Service Skills:

Excellent client service skills with a service-minded approach towards the client. Must be sensitive to client needs, remaining calm and confident, even in stressful situations. Financial Management:

Minimum of seven years of successful financial management; understanding of how day-to-day and strategic decisions impact P&L. Seniority level
