Education & Qualifications
Educated to Masters level and/or have significant relevant experience in a similar senior role or context. Evidence of continual Professional Development. Accredited coaching qualification. Training and Experience
In depth professional knowledge in staff management, organisational theory and practice. Ability to demonstrate significant experience in a senior management role. Experience of leading on policy and strategy development. Ability to demonstrate experience and delivery across a wide range of strategic Organisational Development management and practice and Human Resources practice. Experience of working at a corporate level within an organisation. Significant experience and understanding of Organisational Development and Human Resources practices. Experience of operating at senior management level including preparation and/or presentation of papers for Health Board. Experience of handling highly sensitive contentious and complex information. Experience of operating successfully within a large complex organisation. Knowledge of leading Organisational Development and Human Resources strategies.
