Strategy Development : Build and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy across PPC, display advertising, and ASO, aligning with company objectives. Campaign Optimisation : Lead the setup, execution, and refinement of campaigns, testing creatives, targeting, and landing pages to maximise ROI. Budget Management : Oversee paid media budgets with precision, ensuring efficient allocation and forecasting for measurable outcomes. Team Collaboration : Work closely with creative, content, analytics, and engineering teams to produce impactful campaigns and actionable insights. Performance Analysis : Provide regular reports and strategic recommendations, staying ahead of digital advertising trends and tools. What You Bring:
Proven experience in paid media leadership, with 4+ years focusing on PPC, display advertising, and ASO. A strong track record of delivering ROI-driven campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and programmatic DSPs.
