Your primary role involves leading a dynamic partnerships team and implementing strategies to drive commercial success and expand the company’s integrated partner network. You are required to develop and execute a robust partner sales strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s overarching business objectives while achieving individual and team revenue goals. You'll be responsible for identifying and prioritizing target markets, strategic platforms, and key customer segments. Administering sales operations from lead generation to deal closure, you will ensure seamless processes and provide strategic insights for data-driven decision-making. Your role also involves mentoring the partnerships team, cultivating a motivated environment, and setting clear performance goals to drive excellence. Additionally, you will oversee client advocacy efforts, ensuring solutions are tailored to their specific needs. Should have substantial experience in managing partnership sales, particularly within B2B eCommerce and payment gateway sectors. Quite an acquaintance with market analysis, emerging trends, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions effectively. Must be skilled in developing and leading high-performing teams, implementing best practices, and driving demand-generation campaigns. Ensure that you deliver on revenue targets while maintaining a strong focus on relationship-building and client satisfaction. Ensuring quality projects are delivered within defined timelines with measurable success metrics. You are also expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence product roadmaps, and represent the company at industry events to strengthen its market position.
