Influence rights holders and governing bodies to forward the women’s game with the goal to make cricket a more gender balanced sport. Lead cross-functional go-to-market teams including stakeholders from brand, social media, external comms, internal comms, events, product, distribution, CRM and our in-house studio. Manage & lead our sponsorship agency relationship including strategy development, campaign development, contract and budget management. Manage & implement FCA compliant ticketing process. Manage the tracking and reporting of the partnership against the stated objectives and KPIs. Be the ambassador for the partnership across the bank at all levels including c-suite and driving colleague engagement. Understand the risks associated with your job and what that means for you, Metro Bank and all our stakeholders. Extensive experience in sports partnership or sponsorship management and activation and working with rights holders to create short, medium and long term plans. Strong experience working on campaign development and activations ensuring alignment to brand strategy and consistency across touchpoints. Experience in content marketing from strategy development, production through to amplification. Passionate about women’s sport and making a difference in transforming the game from grassroots to elite. Strong industry knowledge of women’s sports, the barriers and opportunities and key influencers. You will be analytical, with good experience using data and insight to create strategic plans that deliver the partnership strategy, drive growth and community impact. Skilled at working alongside multiple and senior stakeholders with a proven ability to provide and receive constructive feedback. Experienced in working with finite budgets and resources and delivering high quality work within deadlines. Strong negotiation, influencing and communication skills, including c-suite level. Our promise to you…

We will make sure that you are well-rewarded by providing you with a competitive salary, discretionary annual bonus, and a wide range of benefits, including generous holiday allowance, attractive pension scheme, healthcare, life assurance, and a number of colleague discounts! We will give you the training to ensure you succeed in your role and plenty of internal opportunities to progress your career (around 40% of our recruitment comes from internal promotions!). We are also all about balance so most of our jobs offer the opportunity for hybrid working built around your role and home life, wherever possible. Diverse teams really are the best teams. We know that candidates (especially women, research tells us) may be put off applying for a job unless they can tick every box. We also know that ‘normal’ office hours aren’t always doable, and while we can’t accommodate every flexible working request we are happy to be asked. So if you are excited about working with us and think you can do much of what we are looking for but aren’t sure if you are 100% there yet… why not give it a whirl? Please note that sometimes we may close a job earlier for applications if we are inundated with amazing candidates.. Good luck!
