The Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Head of Partnerships & Community to lead and manage the development, execution, and growth of partnerships within our organisation. This role will be instrumental in identifying, negotiating, and maintaining strategic alliances that drive revenue, enhance brand positioning, and create long-term business value. The Head of Partnerships & Community will be a part of the UK Management Team, reporting directly to members of the Senior Leadership Team within the business. They will be expected to be an experienced and educated leader who helps make important decisions which ensure the company's B2B commercial strategy is innovative, sustainable, and profitable, while working closely with other departments, such as Marketing. This role will also involve work within the community to create new relationships for the business with a view to raising awareness of the insurance products we distribute in combination with our guiding principles. Your Core Focus: Identify and pursue new business development opportunities through partnerships with key industry players, potential clients, and strategic allies. Cultivate relationships with potential and existing partners to unlock growth opportunities and expand the company’s network. Collaborate with internal teams to understand business goals and identify partnership opportunities aligned with corporate objectives. Lead the negotiation of partnership terms and agreements, ensuring win-win outcomes for both parties. Oversee the onboarding process for new partners and manage ongoing relationships. Monitor the performance and effectiveness of partnerships, ensuring mutual value is being delivered. Develop and implement partnership strategies to meet company growth targets and KPIs. Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on the status of partnerships, including progress, challenges, and results. Identify emerging opportunities for partnership and innovation that align with the company’s mission and goals. About You: Proven track record (5+ years) in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances. Strong experience in negotiating complex partnerships, contracts, and agreements. Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and manage large-scale partnership portfolios. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Proven leadership and team management experience. High-level understanding of market dynamics and business development principles. Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams including sales, marketing, product, and legal. Willingness to travel as necessary for partnership meetings and industry events.
