About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with experience from within the insurance industry (or from working in businesses providing services into it) to join our highly motivated team. With demonstrated high-level stakeholder management skills, including the ability to communicate and collaborate across all levels, you will support the Commercial Director to develop and implement a commercial strategy that aligns with Broker Insights’ objectives and market opportunities. Your strong commercial acumen and understanding of customer drivers will assist you in overseeing the creation & execution of business plans, aligning to partner objectives & priorities, and assisting the team to deliver on stakeholder management activities. With a demonstrated proficiency in deal creation, contract negotiation, management & governance, and key financial metrics, you’ll also undertake planning & budgeting activity to support the Commercial Director to monitor the team’s progress against plans. With a passion for developing your people, you’ll demonstrate leadership within the Partnerships Vertical through support and coaching of the Strategic Account Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation, including acting for the Commercial Director as required. Externally, you’ll also be busy building and sustaining relationships with stakeholders in equivalent roles within existing partners and supporting the exploration & execution of new opportunities with existing or new partners.
