THE ROLE – Head of Partnerships The business is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Head of Partnerships to lead and manage the development, execution, and growth of partnerships within the organisation. This role will be instrumental in identifying, negotiating, and maintaining strategic alliances that drive revenue, enhance brand positioning, and create long-term business value. Sport is a key industry that the company is actively developing partnerships within, aligning well with the company’s brand. The Head of Partnerships role will be a part of the UK Management Team, reporting directly to members of the Senior Leadership Team. The role requires an experienced and educated leader who can make important decisions which ensure the company's B2B commercial strategy is innovative, sustainable, and profitable, whilst working closely with other departments, such as Brand and Marketing. Responsibilities Strategic Partnership Development - Lead the negotiation of partnership terms and agreements, ensuring win-win outcomes for both parties. Identify and pursue new business development opportunities through partnerships with key industry players, potential clients, and strategic allies. Cultivate relationships with potential and existing partners to unlock growth opportunities and expand the company’s network. Develop and implement partnership strategies to meet company growth targets and KPIs. Track and measure the effectiveness of partnerships and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor strategies. Experience Proven track record (5+ years) in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances Exposure to developing and activating partnerships within sports would be beneficial Strong experience in negotiating complex partnerships, contracts, and agreements. Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and manage large-scale partnership portfolios. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
