The Head of Partnerships is a key leadership role responsible for developing, managing, and scaling strategic partnerships. This individual will identify new collaboration opportunities, negotiate deals, and ensure partnerships align with the company’s growth objectives. As a driving force for revenue and market expansion, you will collaborate cross-functionally to build a strong ecosystem of partners and establish Shufti as a leader in the Identity Verification sector. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership Development

Define the partnership strategy in alignment with company goals and market trends. Identify, evaluate, and pursue potential partnership opportunities, including tech integrations, co-marketing, reseller agreements, and joint ventures. Build a pipeline of strategic partners and drive end-to-end partnership development, from initial outreach to execution. Relationship Management

Foster strong relationships with key partners to maximize long-term value and success. Act as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams, ensuring alignment and seamless communication. Handle partner-related escalations, feedback loops, and conflict resolutions. Business Growth and Revenue

Drive revenue growth by creating value-added partnerships that contribute to lead generation, customer acquisition, or retention. Negotiate partnership contracts and terms that benefit both parties and maximize return on investment. Monitor and report on the performance and ROI of partnership initiatives. Team Collaboration

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure partnerships are effectively integrated into the company’s operations. Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams about partner and market needs to influence product roadmaps. Collaborate on co-branded campaigns or joint initiatives with partners. Leadership and Vision

Build and lead a partnerships team as the company scales. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to build the brand and attract high-value partners. Stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities in the tech ecosystem. Qualifications

Experience

7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, ideally within a tech or start-up in RegTech space. Proven success in structuring and closing strategic deals. Proven experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in a B2B SaaS or RegTech environment. Deep understanding of compliance, identity verification, and AML/KYC markets. Existing network in Identity Verification. Skills & Competencies

Strong business acumen with a track record of driving measurable growth through partnerships. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships in a fast-paced environment. Deep understanding of market dynamics and partnership ecosystems.
