Building regulations and fire risk assessment experience needed to lead the team and possess the technical ability with intumescent fire protection and fire stopping, including fire doors.

REQUIREMENTS - To be considered for the role of Passive Fire Manager/ Head of Passive/ Fire Door:
Previous experience leading a team of engineers and office staff, responsible for operations
Commutable to North London or East London
Strong leadership skills with passive fire experience and a can-do attitude
