We are working with an established organisation in Glasgow that is looking for a Head of Payroll & Pensions to lead the function for over 10,000 employees.
Key responsibilities:
Manage the team processing high volume payroll of 10,000+ including pensions, benefits, travel, and expenses. Lead the development and training of a large team. Implement best practice and develop/improve policies and procedures. Answer and resolve all payroll related queries. Design, develop, and deliver new processes. Deliver excellent customer service. You will have:
Excellent communication, coaching, and people skills. Up to date knowledge of payroll legislation, including pensions. Experience in running high volume payrolls of 10,000+. Strong team leadership skills, including experience in coaching. Strong stakeholder management skills, with an ability to manage budgets, forecast, and create payroll reports. Excellent IT skills, including advanced Excel. Interested?
