We are delighted to be partnering with a market-leading organisation with an exciting future, who are now looking to appoint a Head of Payroll (UK) to lead their highly capable payroll team. Reporting into a superb down-to-earth HR leader, this role is a pivotal hire and a real opportunity for someone take ownership of the function. The Head of Payroll will spearhead the multi-site payroll team, take full ownership of the payroll function, build and manage senior stakeholder relationships within the business, drive continuous improvement of the payroll system, be comfortable with challenging processes and have a willingness and desire for operational efficiency.
