Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Performance to lead our digital marketing efforts in the fashion industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with a specific focus on performance-driven strategies in the fashion sector. As the Head of Performance, you will be at the forefront of digital strategy and execution, playing a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our own luxury brands and our clients.
Requirements
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on the fashion industry.
Analytical Skills: Expertise in using digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Leadership: Proven experience in leading and motivating a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fashion Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the fashion industry, including current trends, customer behavior, and the competitive landscape.
Creativity and Innovation: Ability to think creatively and innovate in strategy and tactics to achieve outstanding results in a competitive market.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in various digital marketing platforms and tools, including PPC, social media advertising, email marketing platforms, and CRM software.
Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and strategies effectively to a range of stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Fashion Brand Experience: Previous experience working with fashion brands or in a fashion-focused agency is highly desirable.
Multilingual: Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous, particularly in a global market context.
