As we continue to improve moving forward out of Requires Improvement and due to the current post holder leaving post, we require an exceptional individual to lead our Performing Arts Department. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our middle leader’s team, providing leadership, direction, and management for this key subject. Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate the capacity to lead and manage a department whilst simultaneously driving forward continuous improvement in student outcomes at all levels. Applicants will have high aspirations and a proven track record of delivering consistently good teaching resulting in a positive impact on student attainment and progress. For the right candidate, the position offers excellent potential for career development and will provide invaluable experience to build a platform for further progression. As well as excellent communication skills, you must have high expectations of staff and students.
