Infotel UK is seeking a dedicated PMO Manager to oversee and enhance the functions of our Project Management Office. As a PMO Manager, you will play a crucial role in implementing project governance, ensuring project alignment with strategic objectives, and improving project delivery performance. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of project management professionals and drive best practices across the organisation. Responsibilities:

Establish, implement, and maintain project management methodologies and standards. Oversee the portfolio of projects, ensuring they align with the organisation's strategic direction. Provide guidance and support to project managers in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. Develop and maintain project management tools and templates to streamline processes. Facilitate communication between project teams and senior management. Monitor project performance, including adherence to budget and timelines, and report on progress to stakeholders. Lead PMO initiatives to improve project delivery and outcomes. Conduct training and mentoring for project managers and their teams. Qualifications:

Significant experience leading a team of project management professionals. Proven experience in managing multiple projects and teams. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable. Experience with project management software and tools. Company Culture:
