Home based £75,000 - £85,000 + £4,600 car allowance + bens Currently working with a superb Solutions Provider who is looking for an exceptional individual to fill a critical role as Head of PMO. The current team is 14 across a range of levels of seniority. You will integrate with the Sales Team and be an active part of the sales process. Be able to pull a portfolio of projects together and improve processes and team performance. Reporting directly to the Head of Professional Services, you will lead Monthly team meetings and be an active member of the Senior Management team and across the business. Any experience with the ServiceNow platform will enhance your application. Key Skills Proven Team Lead experience within a PMO and Project environment MSP Solution Provider experience is essential. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers and Project Coordinators. Strong understanding of project governance, portfolio management, and resource planning. Demonstrable track record of managing large-scale IT Projects and programs across Network & Security and Cloud & Infrastructure technologies. Able to work on bid and tender processes, including pre-sales engagement. Financial acumen to track and report on project budgets, forecasts, and profitability. Whilst this role is remote, you will be expected into the London office once a month, while keeping in touch with the team remotely via weekly and monthly meetings and conducting individual progress meetings. Duties and Responsibilities Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement improvement plans where necessary. Ensure all projects under the PMO are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and meeting customer expectations. Track and report on project pipeline, team performance metrics. Develop and maintain reporting dashboards, ensuring accurate visibility of project status and PM performance. Act as the point of escalation for project-related issues. Represent the PMO in leadership discussions and customer engagements as required. Oversee project financial performance across the PMO. Present weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-year, YTD, and end-of-year reports to senior management.
