We are looking to appoint a dynamic leader to lead Post 16 Mathematics within a leading department in a unique school. Our 6th form is large and the vast majority of students study Maths at A Level with a significant proportion studying Further Mathematics too.
Your main responsibilities within this role will be:
To support the Head of Department in further developing the quality of education at Post 16 and raising outcomes in the Mathematics Department.
To model excellence, provide outstanding teaching to create a vibrant and distinctive culture for learning for young people.
To inspire young people to become expert Mathematicians who can apply their skills in the future in whatever field they choose to follow.
