Head of PR , you will be the driving force behind the creation, coordination, and execution of public relations strategies that align with the company's global communication directives. You will foster strong relationships with media, journalists, and key opinion leaders (KOLs), while managing and producing notable events in the automotive industry. The main goal is to enhance the brand's public image and ensure its products and corporate messages are communicated effectively to the target audience. About the role Reporting into the Marketing Director, the main responsibilities include: Strategy Development:

Craft and endorse PR strategies that are consistent with the company's product profiles and communication objectives. Public Relations Management:

Organise and oversee all PR activities, including events, press conferences, media interactions, conventions, sponsorships, and travel engagements. Event and Sponsorship Coordination:

Evaluate and manage sponsorship opportunities, community engagement, and other collaborative efforts. Campaign Analysis and Reporting:

Analyse the effectiveness of PR campaigns and efforts to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Produce monthly reports outlining the results and effects of PR initiatives. Editorial and Media Optimisation:

Plan and manage editorial content with media partners to maximise visibility and impact. Agency Liaison:

Coordinate with and monitor the performance of PR agencies to ensure objectives are met. Communication and Coordination:

Lead internal communication strategies to ensure message consistency and employee engagement. Handle car loans and maintain communication with the media for test drives and reviews. Experience to succeed To excel in this role, you will collaborate closely with our internal teams, as well as media professionals, journalists, agencies, and our dealership network. You should demonstrate: Exceptional communication (oral and written) and superior interpersonal skills for effective interaction with colleagues, media, and external partners. Thriving under high-pressure environments and enjoys the challenge of meeting goals. Passion for achieving success and dedication to driving the company's PR efforts forward. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or related field. A minimum of 7 years of experience in communication or public relations roles. In-depth knowledge of event planning and coordination. Strong understanding of PR, media relations, and community engagement strategies. Familiarity with CSR initiatives and charity campaigns. Experience with automotive manufacturing or EVs is a bonus.
