Lead the Pre-Construction phase, ensuring all activities are efficiently planned and executed. Engage with key stakeholders to align project requirements with company objectives. Develop comprehensive project plans, coordinating managers and technical teams. Manage the procurement process, securing project-related items and services. Ensure seamless coordination with the construction team for project readiness. Implement risk management processes to identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks. Maintain clear and effective communication between all project stakeholders. Ensure full compliance with relevant frameworks, policies, and health & safety regulations. About You:
Degree qualified in Construction/Building Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in a Pre-Construction leadership role within construction or housing refurbishment. Strong expertise in design, procurement, and planning. Excellent leadership and project management skills. Sound understanding of health & safety regulations in construction.
