As a

Head of Client Solutions , you will be leading a team that are instrumental in closing high-value deals by delivering expert guidance, technical insight, and strategic support to prospective clients. Working closely with the new business sales team, you will help translate complex customer needs into tailored solutions, ensuring a smooth and compelling sales journey. You’ll be leading an expanding Client Services team currently consisting of: 2 Experienced Pre-Sales Consultants Growth plan to 8 team members by the end of 2025 What You’ll Need

Proven experience in a pre-sales or solutions consulting role, ideally within SaaS, energy, or consultancy space. Strong technical understanding of either energy/utilities space Ability to engage with C-suite stakeholders and enterprise clients, guiding them through complex sales processes A consultative approach with excellent communication and problem-solving skills Seniority level
