Rookwood School, Andover We are seeking to recruit a calm, empathetic and diligent individual to lead our Prep School. The successful candidate will bring an exciting vision for the Prep School while working collaboratively with the wider School community. The post holder will act with a high level of integrity and emotional intelligence. They will be a committed educator who is passionate about focusing on children as individuals, giving our Prep pupils the best educational experience. Proven experience in managing the busy day-to-day operations of a prep school will be key to any successful appointment. Nestled on a leafy site in Andover, Rookwood School is a happy and thriving learning environment for pupils aged 2 to 18. At the heart of our ethos is strong pastoral care, where every individual is treated with respect and dignity. Our school motto, ‘Sapere Aude,’ translates to ‘dare to know’ or ‘have the courage to understand’, perfectly capturing the essence of our identity.
