Salary: GBP28000 - GBP30000 per annum Head of Preschool – Modern and Welcoming Nursery in Hove Are you a passionate and experienced early years leader looking for a new challenge? We are excited to offer an opportunity to join a modern, welcoming nursery in Hove as Head of Preschool from May 2025. You will play a key role in shaping the learning environment for our preschool children, leading a dedicated team, and ensuring the highest standards of care and education. Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire the preschool team to deliver exceptional early years education. Create a nurturing, stimulating, and safe environment that promotes children's development and well-being. Build strong relationships with parents and guardians, keeping them informed of their child’s progress. Ensure compliance with the EYFS framework and nursery policies and procedures. Oversee curriculum planning and ensure that learning experiences are tailored to individual needs. Support and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative and positive team culture. Minimum Requirements: Level 3 or above in Early Years Education or equivalent. Proven experience in a senior role within an early years setting. Strong leadership and communication skills.
