Principal Consultant - Data, AI and ML Engineering Head of Pricing London (Hybrid - In Office 3 Days a Week) I am excited to be partnering with a leading fintech firm looking for an entrepreneurial Head of Insurance with expertise in motor insurance, data-driven pricing models, and operational excellence. You will lead the insurance division, overseeing claims management, underwriting, and product development, while driving strategy and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Lead and scale the insurance division, including claims, underwriting, and pricing model strategies. Manage a team, fostering a high-performance culture. Work closely with finance, compliance, and risk teams to ensure operational efficiency. Take full ownership of budgeting and financial planning. Drive product innovation, ensuring competitive and market-leading offerings. Execute long-term strategies with a focus on data-driven pricing models. Ideal Candidate: Russell Group University graduate, preferably in actuarial science, data analytics, or economics. Experience in claims management, underwriting, and pricing models, ideally transitioning from Actuary or Pricing into a management role. Strong background in motor insurance is essential. Proven track record in managing teams, budgets, and operations. Entrepreneurial spirit with experience in a fast-paced environment. Excellent collaboration skills with finance, compliance, and risk experience. Hybrid working (3 days in-office). Lead a high-impact division with significant influence on company strategy.
