This role, based in London, offers an opportunity to enhance pricing frameworks and support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain pricing model standards and governance frameworks. Ensure consistent pricing practices across all product lines and legal entities. Oversee the annual cycle of pricing model updates and profitability reviews. Manage integration of pricing models into hosting platforms and data systems. Define portfolio analysis standards and validate analytical outputs. Lead technical pricing reviews for material contracts and programs. Support business planning and IELR parameterisation processes. Deliver training sessions for stakeholders on pricing methods and tools. Requirements: Qualified actuary with extensive experience in London market insurance and reinsurance. Proficiency in Excel, with knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Python, or R being advantageous. Strong analytical and commercial judgment, able to provide actionable insights. Effective communication skills, particularly when engaging with underwriters or brokers. Ability to manage deadlines and implement structured solutions.
