Full Time, Office based. Hybrid can be arranged after probation but office based is preferred. Salary:
DOE PQE Circa £50K - £60K
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Minimum 4 years PQE in Private Client department Experience managing teams / in a leadership position. Ideally experience leading a private client team/supervising staff
DAY TO DAY: Oversee a team of 5-8 staff from Fee Earners to Support staff including monitoring and supporting them and ensuring fee earners meet their targets. Ensuring they are progressing and developing in their careers. Time recording Maintain up to date electronic files Compliance with company policies.
