Head of Procurement Excellence

to join their team in

Chiswick Park. This is a

They work as a matrix organisation, with Global Categories demonstrating the global size and Regional Procurement ensuring a strong connection and proximity with our 6 regions. You will be reporting directly to the UKI Procurement Lead, where you will drive (in alignment with Global Packaging Procurement team) the Packaging Category (£70 Million Spend). Deliverables Policy and Compliance:

Ensure procurement activities align with organisational policies and regulatory requirements. Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with internal partners to understand their procurement needs and expectations in the delivery of change projects. Performance Management:

Monitor and report on procurement performance and implement improvements as necessary. Risk Management:

Identify and manage procurement risks to protect the organisation's interests through supplier financial evaluation tools. End-to-end Source to Pay (S2P) Process:

Lead all aspects of the S2P process, including defining the strategy, implementing the process, ensuring compliance, and continuously improving the process. Sourcing Guideline Ownership:

Own the sourcing guidelines of the organisation, ensuring all procurement activities align with these guidelines. Operational Procurement:

Manage all operational procurement processes, including supplier relationships, contract management, and invoice processing. Productivity Governance:

Manage productivity governance, set efficiency goals, supervise performance, and implement strategies to improve efficiency. Custodian of Procurement Tools and Systems:

Oversee all regional procurement-related tools and systems, ensuring effective use and data compliance. Sustainability:

Act as a single point of contact for information regarding sustainable procurement. Transformation:

Lead regional procurement transformation projects. Key Skills Experience in Procurement with success in running a Category at regional or global level in a worldwide organisation. Ability to deal with ambiguity within a complex and multicultural environment. Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams with a collaborative mindset. Natural leadership and influence skills. Strong analytical skills. Ability to be hands-on operationally as well as building a long-term strategic vision. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Available to work in Chiswick 3 days a week (preferable) and travel on request to factories and suppliers. Salary: £90,000pa + Bonus (up to 15%) + Car Allowance (£7,000).
